POE Holistic Health and Wellness is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional care. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen.
To cancel an appointment:
You may cancel a scheduled appointment by selecting the “Change/Cancel Appointment” button in the New Appointment or Appointment Reminder confirmation email that you received 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
You may also contact me by 9:00 p.m. EST on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to reschedule or cancel your appointment. For example: To cancel a Monday appointment, please call or email by 9:00 p.m EST. on Sunday.
If prior notification is not given, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled visit for the missed appointment.
I understand that life can throw us curve balls, the late cancellation fee maybe waived at the discretion of Dr. Kristen Poe. Proof of the extenuating circumstance maybe requested.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me.
Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt of purchase. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, please make sure that:
The product was received in the last 7 days.
The product is in its original packaging
The product isn’t damaged
You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return or exchange.

If you received a damaged product, please contact me immediately for assistance.
Shipping charges
You maybe responsible for shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product.
